Child Safety Standards

Letmfly, operated by MPV.Tokyo, is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards, the structural design of our service, prohibited conduct, and reporting mechanisms in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.

1. Our Commitment

Letmfly does not tolerate any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. We are committed to:

• Preventing the creation, sharing, or storage of CSAM on our platform
• Promptly responding to reports of suspected CSAM or child exploitation
• Cooperating fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations
• Reporting confirmed instances of CSAM to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable

2. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 17 years old to use Letmfly, as stated in our Terms of Service.

We do not knowingly allow users under 17 to use Letmfly. If we become aware that a user under 17 has registered, we will promptly terminate their account.

3. Structural Design of Letmfly

Letmfly is fundamentally different from typical social networking platforms. The structural design of our service significantly reduces the risk of CSAE-related conduct between users:

• No User-to-User Communication. Letmfly does not provide direct messaging, comments on other users' content, or any form of communication between users.
• No Public Feed. Posts are not publicly visible. Each user can only see their own posts.
• Private by Design. All user content is encrypted and accessible only to the user who created it.
• AI-Only Responses. Responses to user posts are generated by AI characters, not by other human users.

Because of this design, Letmfly does not present typical vectors of CSAE risk found in conventional social networking apps (such as user-to-user grooming, sharing of inappropriate content between users, or contact between adults and minors).

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Letmfly and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities where required by law:

• Creating, storing, sharing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexualizing, exploiting, or attempting to groom minors in any form
• Content that depicts, encourages, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
• Linking to external sites containing CSAM
• Impersonating minors or engaging in role-play involving the sexualization of minors
• Any other conduct that endangers the safety of children

These prohibitions apply regardless of whether the content is intended to be private or shared.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

In-App Reporting

Users can report concerns through the in-app contact form, accessible from the Settings menu within the Letmfly app. The contact form allows users to select "Child Safety Report" as the type of inquiry to ensure prioritized handling.

Web Reporting

Reports can also be submitted through our web contact form at https://letmfly.app/form.html. Selecting "Child Safety Report" as the inquiry type ensures the report is routed for prioritized review.

6. Our Response Process

When a report related to child safety is received, we take the following actions:

1. Prioritized review. Child safety reports are flagged for immediate review.
2. Account action. Accounts associated with confirmed CSAE-related violations are permanently terminated.
3. Authority reporting. Confirmed CSAM is reported to relevant authorities, including NCMEC where applicable, in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Cooperation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and respond promptly to lawful requests for account metadata.

Although user content on Letmfly is encrypted and not accessible to us, we maintain account metadata (such as registration information and access logs) that can be provided to authorities as required by law.

7. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Letmfly complies with applicable laws related to child safety in the jurisdictions where it operates, including but not limited to:

• Reporting requirements under U.S. federal law (where confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline)
• Cooperation with international child protection organizations as required
• Data protection regulations regarding minors (such as COPPA in the U.S. and GDPR-K in the EU)

8. Designated Point of Contact

A designated point of contact for child safety matters is maintained by MPV.Tokyo. Reports submitted through the in-app contact form or the web contact form are routed to this point of contact for prioritized review.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.
